Limited interaction with the content

It’s not possible to edit existing content, only add new things
Not possible to edit/add inline dates, pick dates or edit content in tables
Commands are not supported – command buttons will not show
No support for templates
Some search nodes might not fully work as expected

Browse section

No option available to switch workspace
Missing loading indicator when the pinned nodes are still loading

Supertags section

There is no option to refresh the list of supertags, the app needs to be restarted to reload again
Missing loading indicator for supertags – an empty screen will appear while loading

Capture section

Adding multiple attachments (image/video/file) in a single action is not possible

Voice memo

No language selection, for very short memos there might be errors in the transcription
Only possible to record through the phone microphone
If the device is running with constraint resources there might be issues with your recorded file (bug)

Search section

No option to select workspaces for search, it will search on all workspaces

Sync history

In some circumstances syncing might take too long and there is no way to force-sync (bug)
There are scenarios where syncing might fail and the only option is to re-upload (improvements coming soon)

List of Devices Known to Have Compatibility Issues (In Progress)

TVs, Wearables, and Android Auto are not supported.
Some E-Ink tablets may require additional setup. If you experience issues, try updating or installing “Android System WebView” from the Google Play Store to improve compatibility.

Troubleshooting

“Could not sign in” message on Sign in screen.

You need to have an existing Tana account registered already through the website Tana (Google account).
Make sure that the same Google account is added to your Android device accounts. To confirm go to Settings -> Google Accounts (add account if not there).
Your Google account needs to have "Sign-in prompts" enabled. Go to "Sign in with Google settings" to confirm. If you have multiple accounts added to your device make sure it is enabled on all of the accounts (you can click on top-right icon to switch to the other accounts). https://myaccount.google.com/connections/settings
