Job Description
Are you tired of the 9-5 grind? Do you have a knack for communicating with large, grey, tusked mammals? Do you enjoy a good game of hide and seek? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Circus of the Unexpected is currently seeking an Elephant Tamer Extraordinaire to join our team. Our beloved elephant, Bubbles, has decided to take an unscheduled vacation somewhere in the NY area. Your primary responsibility will be to coax Bubbles back to the circus with your irresistible charm and a large bag of peanuts.
Responsibilities
Locate Bubbles (this is kind of a big deal)
Use your elephant whispering skills to convince Bubbles to return home
Maintain Bubbles’ daily routine of baths, meals, and bedtime stories
Ensure Bubbles’ safety and well-being (and the safety of the NY area)
Teach Bubbles new tricks (like not running away)
Qualifications
Previous experience taming elephants or other large mammals (experience with cats will also be considered because let’s face it, they can be just as difficult)
Ability to stay calm when faced with a loose elephant
Excellent hide and seek skills
Must be able to carry a large bag of peanuts
Ability to communicate in ‘elephant’ is a plus
